Kentucky Derby:

The scratch of favorite and my initial pic Omaha Beach, coupled with the fact that rain predicted for much of the weekend certainly changes things. I still believe that West Coast Horses are best, but there is a chance that Maximum Security can get an uncontested lead And wire the field (in fashion of War Emblem And Go For Gin).... but as out of New Years Day, I don’t think can get the distance (but may be worth a savor win bet at 20:1).  I’m predicting Roadster will relish the wet going and stays close to the pace, then pounces on the turn. He is my top choice followed by Game Winner, then Improbable.  To complete the superfecta, will use long shots War of Will, Win Win Win, By My Standard, Cutting Humor, Haikal, And Code of Honor.

Saturday’s races:

-my best bet of the weekend is Avie’s Flatter (6:1)in the American Turf stakes.  Has won 4/5  ( brutalized and unlucky in that loss), get services again of Castellano, and will be overlay as trainer (Carroll) is underappreciated..

-my best price stab will be Do Share (10:1) in the Churchill Downs Sprint.  Mike Maker Horse gets services of Irad Ortiz (who has twice won on dirt with him), and is coming off of a career best figure..... is a closer in 7F race with tons of speed which is likely to fade..... Will be closing late.  I will use in exacta boxes and tris with Limousine Liberal And Whitmore.
